Hi, I’m Roberta, the founder of strongher, and I’m here to help women build strength, confidence, and resilience—because your best, strongest self is still ahead! Powerful, healthy women don’t fade, they flourish.

I'm a mom, a wife, an amateur baker, and like many women, I wear many hats. But the one thing that has shaped me the most? The one thing that has carried me through life’s highs and lows? Movement.

It all started when I ran my first mile at 12. Twenty years later, I crossed the finish line of the NYC marathon. Not long after, I walked 39 miles for breast cancer awareness, proving to myself that strength comes in many forms. But my journey didn’t stop there.
Over the years, I’ve powered through aerobic cardio crazes, lifted weights, cycled through endless spin classes, found my rhythm in barre studios, flowed through yoga and Pilates sessions, and pushed my limits with HIIT workouts. I’ve trained for endurance, built strength, and discovered the power of movement not just for my body, but for my mind.
Fitness, for me, isn’t about fitting into a certain mold—it’s about feeling strong, capable, and ready for whatever life throws my way. When COVID hit, I started building my home gym, simultaneously deepening my knowledge of strength training and nutrition. That journey led me to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC). Now, I’m here to help other women find their own strength, whether that means just starting out on their fitness journey, lifting heavier, moving pain-free, or simply feeling more confident in their bodies. Because strength isn’t just about what we do in the gym—it’s about how we show up for ourselves every day.
